Arts Queensland manages the following state-owned arts and cultural infrastructure:

Cultural Centre - arts precinct at South Bank, Brisbane including State Library of Queensland, Queensland Art Gallery, Queensland Museum and Queensland Performing Arts Centre.

381 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley - accommodation for arts organisations

Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts, Fortitude Valley - a 300-seat performance space, modern art gallery, artist studios, a screening room, purpose built workshops and theatre, music, dance and circus rehearsal spaces.

Centre of Contemporary Arts, Cairns - provides accommodation for resident arts organisations and offers theatre and exhibition space for local artists.
