Jock coined the term 3Cs to define the intersection of Community, Culture and Commerce which stimulated the many beneficial relationships for artists, communities and business generated by this project. The Sunshine Coast project was a pilot, with 3C projects continuing in Rockhampton in 2011 and Bundaberg in 2012.
