Perpetual Foundation – 2015 IMPACT Philanthropy Application Program
Applications for funding are currently open and closing on 5 December 2014. Past funding has been provided for a wide range of projects at different developmental stages including; pilot and existing projects, capacity building requests and support for early career researchers. Perpetual recognises that for organisations to achieve their objectives, funds may need to be directed towards operational costs. Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal – Webinar: Successfully Seeking Funding
You have a good idea, people to help you take it forward and the support of your local community… but how are you going to fund it?  Patrick Moriarty, the Director of Training and Development at Our Community – Australia’s Centre for Excellence for not-for-profits talks about where and how to successfully seek funding. Plus you’ll hear directly from Fleur Anderson, from Theodore in Queensland, about how she has tackled fundraising and came up trumps. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions. Creative Partnerships Australia – 2015 Philanthropy Mentoring Program
The 2015 Philanthropy Mentoring Program offers one-on-one mentorships with an experienced executive who will provide strategic advice and practical insights to increase revenue via philanthropy. If you’re a not-for-profit Australian arts organisation with an established philanthropy program and a dedicated development manager or equivalent that could benefit from a mentoring opportunity, we encourage you to apply. Applications close 20 January 2015 and applicants will be advised of assessment outcomes in late February. Grant programs closing in December include:

Market Development – National Programs and Initiatives – Playing Australia: Regional Performing Arts Touring Fund; Visions Australia: Regional Exhibition Touring Fund.

For information on the 2015 grants programs go to http://www.australiacouncil.gov.au/funding/new-grants-model/ . The first round closes on 3 March 2015 and potential applicants are encouraged to contact Australia Council now to seek guidance on formulating your proposal.
