Do you receive funding from Arts Queensland?

Home > Funding > Information if you are receiving funding from Arts Queensland

Arts Queensland funding demonstrates a commitment by the Queensland Government on behalf of the public and reflects a partnership between the state government and the funding grantee. This partnership includes acknowledgment of funding through logo and word acknowledgement. This partnership may also allow the grantee additional opportunities - see below

How to acknowledge Arts Queensland funding
Arts Queensland funding recipients are required, as a condition of the funding contract, to acknowledge the financial assistance provided by the Queensland Government. By acknowledging this support, your organisation is informing the community appropriately about how public funding is being spent.

Please see the funding acknowledgement guidelines for your particular funding acknowledgement.

Logos
Your funding agreement with Arts Queensland means you are required to use the Queensland Government logo to acknowledge funding. A word acknowledgement may also be required.

Logos - a range of Queensland Government logos for download and instructions on their use.

Reimbursement for using interpreters to provide services

In accordance with the Queensland Government’s Language Services Policy, Arts Queensland reimburses some of its funding recipients for the costs of engaging interpreters to provide services to people who do not speak English and people who are hearing impaired.

Read the interpreter reimbursement policy (DOC 26KB) for information on which organisations are eligible for reimbursement, the types of activities for which reimbursement will be provided, and the procedure for claiming reimbursement using the reimbursement claim form (DOC 79KB)

A list of links and resources (DOC 49KB) is also provided about how to access and use interpreters, and professional development opportunities and resources for working effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
