Complete the attached application form (DOC 301kb) and submit it to Arts Queensland.

The local council and the arts organisation (if applicable) will be required to enter into a funding agreement with Arts Queensland which will require the preparation of a proposal incorporating:

• Plans
• Program of activities

Any funding offer is conditional on on-going operational funding arrangements being satisfactorily demonstrated and confirmed, with no current or future expectation that Arts Queensland will provide recurrent funding.

Applications will need to prove ongoing management costs are covered.
