The $20,000 Grant McLennan Fellowship, administered by Arts Queensland, was established in 2007 by the former Premier Peter Beattie in honour of the late Queensland singer-songwriter Grant McLennan of The Go-Betweens.

The Fellowship offers the recipient an opportunity to travel to New York, London or Berlin and use the experience of being immersed in a foreign and vibrant musical cultural to further develop their own artistic skills.

Entries for 2009 will open in early 2009.
