RADF Arts-led Recovery Quick Response Grants Process. (DOC, 161KB) This process can be used if your Council is implementing the RADF Arts-led Recovery Quick Response grants process, due to any part of the Council area being declared a disaster. RADF Register of Training Providers and Consultants - Arts Queensland is committed to supporting training and development programs and services to support RADF Committees and Liaison Officers. This register is a simple way to give RADF Committees an opportunity to access a range of training providers and consultants to fulfil their training needs.

Fact Sheet - Arts and Cultural Policy (DOC, 94KB) - Councils are required to have an Arts and Cultural Policy to be a part of the RADF Program and this Fact Sheet includes resources to assist with arts and cultural policy development.

Grants Administration Timeline (DOC, 192KB) - this gives an overview of each of the steps from opening a RADF grant round, through the application and assessment process, to notifying applicants and tracking outcome reports.

Tax Invoice - Template (DOC, 53KB) - This is a basic template for successful RADF applicants to invoice Council for the RADF grant amount if the applicant or auspice body is registered for GST.

Receipt of RADF Grant Application (DOC, 33KB) - Use this template to acknowledge receipt of every RADF application.

Unsuccessful RADF Grant Application (DOC, 24KB) - Use this template to notify RADF applicants after their grant application has been considered by the RADF Committee and where the application was not successful.

Letter of Offer to a RADF Grant Recipient Updated (DOC, 63KB) - Use this template to offer a RADF grant to an applicant after their grant application has been considered by the RADF Committee and Council has ratified the recommendations for funding.

Approval of changes to a RADF funded project (DOC, 23KB) - Use this template to record and approve changes to a RADF funded project.

Letter of Offer for an Interest-Free Arts Loan (DOC, 71KB) - Use this template to offer an interest-free arts loan to a RADF applicant, after the grant application has been considered by the RADF Committee and Council has ratified the recommendations for funding.

Receipt of loan instalments (DOC, 24KB) - Use this template to acknowledge payments of an interest-free arts loan and to indicate when the next payment is due.
