Regional Infrastructure Grant program

The RIG Program is aimed at assisting regional venues with redevelopments and upgrades which strengthen their capacity to deliver arts and cultural services and experiences to the people of Queensland.

In Year 2 (2011-2012) of the RIG Program, council owned and/or operated regional art galleries and NARPACA venues were eligible to apply for funding.

ROUND 2 OF THE RIG PROGRAM (2011-12) IS NOW CLOSED.

The key focus in Year 2 of the RIG Program was Regional art galleries with grants of up to $50 000 awarded. Funding of up to $150 000 was also provided to NARPACA Venues that did not receive funding in the 2010-11 round.
