Target group: the group of people for whom your work or project is created.

Young people: a person aged 12 years to 25 years inclusive.

Youth arts and cultural development means arts and cultural development practice that is for, by and about young people. This practice includes all the different youth cultures, subcultures and their related artforms and cultural practices. The term embraces a diverse range of creative activity in which young people are primarily the creators, participants and consumers.
