  • support for Indigenous arts by making new meeting, studio and hot desk space available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander creatives to assist their growth ambitions.
  • conserve the heritage values of the building

The project:

  • supports new office tenancies and provision of hot desks
  • modernises offices and amenities
  • creates new flexible breakout and collaborative spaces including a large boardroom, a focus room and a shared breakout space
  • upgrades security systems and safety
  • ensures compliant disability access across all levels of the JWAC building
